Senator Pearce, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                  
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 377 "An Act                       
relating to state agency fiscal procedures; and providing for an               
effective date" for the Finance Committee meeting on April 14.                 
Without objection, it was so ordered.
